Dietary 

We offer gluten free and vegan cakes. All precautions are taken to avoid cross contamination, however we cannot 100% guarantee traces of egg, dairy, gluten or nuts will not be present.

Placing an Order

All orders are subject to availability and are to be placed through the website with full payment up front. Our dates do get booked out, it is therefore best to get in early to avoid disappointment and to secure your spot.

Once you have navigated the site and located the item you would like, fill out the form, the date field will pop up during this process, and any dates that are greyed out are fully booked dates and are unavailable. Once you have added your cake of choice to your cart, and checked out, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order and payment. For any other enquiries, please reach out to us on the Contact Us form.

Pick up of orders & deliveries

Our kitchen studio is located in Rochedale, South of Brisbane. We are a registered commercial kitchen and holder of a Brisbane City Council Food Licence. Orders can either be picked up from us at the agreed time and date you will have selected at the online checkout, or delivered to you on the date you have selected. If picking your cake up from us, you will receive an e-mail from us the day before with details for pick up.

Do we deliver?

We do offer delivery, but this is limited to orders over $100, weddings and multi-tiered cakes. When ordering it is your responsibility to record the correct delivery address, and to be home at the time period you have selected delivery for, as your cake must be placed in the fridge upon delivery. We will be in touch on the day of/ day before delivery to give a more accurate time. Our delivery fees vary depending on the distance of the trip which is automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address in the checkout. We do also allow the option of you ordering an Uber to collect your order if you are unable to collect it yourself. This will be organised by yourself on the day of collection and our number will be provided to you to add us to the Uber booking, so we are notified when they arrive for collection. Otherwise, you need to send us a text with the info we require to identify the Uber. We don't recommend this option for the tall cakes or multi-tiers.

Handling & Transport

Your cake will come fully enclosed in a cake box with care instructions for your cake. We recommend transporting your cake in the car on the flat on the floor of the front passenger seat, with the floor air-con on high. Alternatively flat in the boot, preferably with a non-slip mat to avoid sliding. Do not place your cake on the seat. If you have to suddenly brake it is very easy for the cake to fall onto the floor and be ruined. 

Storage

Cakes and cupcakes MUST be kept refrigerated until 30 minutes prior to serving. You will often need to make some room in your fridge prior to pick up. 

If you have leftover cake, it can be stored in the fridge for up to 7 days. Alternatively all cakes are able to be frozen up to 40 days if stored in an airtight container! 

Our cakes stay fresh up to a week in advance, therefore there is no need to worry if you are picking up your cake or cupcakes a few days in advance.
